Delivery

Delivery in most cases is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This means that a signature is required on delivery. Order are processed the next working day after your order is placed. If your order is quite heavy then it will be sent by DHL.

Returns

If an item is found to be faulty on delivery then please contact us immediately to allow us to rectify the matter.

If you order an item by mistake (for example you order the wrong size), we can replace it with the correct size providing that it is returned to us unopened and in a resaleable condition. We cannot refund your return postage costs.
